Full Stack Developer · .NET · Angular · Flutter · Ajman, UAE
I build the .NET backend, the Angular portals and the Flutter apps behind a UAE property-management platform.
Six years at Intelligent Broker System, most of them as the main developer on the product. I started as a designer, so I care how a screen feels as much as how the API underneath it is shaped — and I’m happiest when a problem has no obvious answer yet.
Selected work
Two case studies, then the smaller things I built because a problem needed solving.
- 01
IBS property-management platform
A SaaS for UAE property-management companies, scoped by branch: contracts, payments, receipts, legal cases, vendors, reports — plus separate portals for landlords and tenants.
Case study - 02
IBS mobile apps
Four Flutter apps on the same platform: Owners Gate for landlords, Maintenance for vendors, Manager for property managers, and IBS Tenants on the App Store.
Case study - 03
Dahua → Zoho People attendance sync
The office’s face-recognition door kept its own check-in log; HR lived in Zoho People. I wrote a Windows service that reads the Dahua device’s HTTP API and posts attendance to Zoho every 20 minutes through the working day, with an early-morning pass that closes yesterday’s late check-outs.
Internal tool - 04
IBSQueue — office queue system
Walk-in ticketing, staff counters and a voice-announcing waiting-room screen, with live updates over SignalR. Built with AI coding tools: I set the architecture rules and reviewed and tested every change.
Internal tool - 05
Tasees Properties — listing map
Property search for a UAE landlord: map and list views, filters for area, price, size and furnishing, and a small admin for unit status.
- 06
Websites
The IBS product site, the Tasees Business Center site, and a live office-availability board for the business center’s reception. Before 2021, more than ten WordPress sites for clients.
How I build
Habits that came out of running one product for six years — the boring rules that keep it working.
Write the rule down once
Each repo has a short conventions file that says how endpoints, errors, dates and deletes work — and why. New code follows it, and AI tools are pointed at it, so a pattern doesn’t drift between two screens.
One shape for every error
Validation failures, business-rule failures and framework binding errors all leave the API in the same format, so the front end has exactly one thing to unpack.
Time is UTC until it reaches a person
Timestamps are stored and sent in UTC. Local time is only for display and for deciding which calendar day something belongs to.
Background jobs never die quietly
Scheduled work catches and logs each run on its own, so one bad record at 9:15 doesn’t stop the job for the rest of the day.
